H.E. the Minister of State visits the Wellness Centre

On Thursday 25th July 2013, H.E. the Minister of State visits the Wellness Centre. Welcomed by the President, Mrs Adeline Garino, the Vice-President, Mrs Evelyne Bellerio and the treasurer, Mrs Mado Petit, H.E. the Minister of State discovered the unique and friendly centre which forms a real bridge between disease and ordinary daily life. Mrs Garino explained the various activities offered by the Wellness Centre: relaxation, tai-chi and beauty treatments, in addition to care provided by healthcare professionals including the support of a psychologist, a gynaecologist and a naturopath... however "it is not a medical environment" pointed out the President, Adeline Garino. Approximately 25 people benefit from these services free of charge every month. The role of the voluntary support workers, after receiving psychological training, also involves patient visits at the CHPG's outpatient unit. After congratulating the members of the bureau and all the volunteers, H.E. Mr Michel Roger assured the President of his support for this worthy initiative.

Lunch on 26th June 2013

The association's annual lunch took place on Wednesday 26th June 2013. Over 60 people, members and friends, met up at the Hermitage Restaurant on the Grande Corniche in Eze. After a relaxed aperitif accompanied by music, everyone sat down to enjoy a delicious meal Adeline Garino, President of ECR, thanked everyone for attending and for their suppor of the association. Song and dance featured among the entertainment on this memorable day.
