Danser la Vie avec Yadi
A travers ce programme de danse, je souhaite offrir bien plus qu’un simple moment de mouvement. Mon intention profonde est de créer un espace vivant, joyeux et libérateur, ou chaque femme touchée par le cancer puisse reconnecter avec sa lumière intérieure, retrouver confiance en son corps et ressentir l’elan de vie qui circule encore en elle.
La danse est un langage du coeur et du souffle. Peu importe la condition physique ou l’experience, ici, on vient pour s’exprimer, s’amuser et, l’espace d’un instant, oublier la maladie. Face à la mer, portées par les rythmes latins et l’énergie dynamique du style années 80, nous danserons la joie, le courage, la beauté d’être vivantes.

Durée : 50 minutes
Lieu : En extérieur, face a la mer (Digue Port Hercule)
Materiel : Tapis ou serviette (optionnel), bouteille d’eau, lunettes de soleil ou chapeau Style de danse :
– Rythmes latinos accessibles (merengue, salsa solo, cumbia)
– Mouvements inspires du style Jane Fonda (cardio doux, coordination, fun retro)
– Etirements et relaxation en musique

– Joie : Cultiver l’elan de vie par le plaisir du mouvement.
– Simplicité : Tout le monde peut participer, sans prérequis.
– Beauté : Se sentir belle et vivante, quelles que soient les circonstances.
